Katie Taylor has been a practising Myotherapist since 2000.
Her deep curiosity about how the human body works led her to further studies in Lower Limb Biomechanics, and later to expand her skills through combined qualifications in Naturopathy, Nutrition, and Western Herbal Medicine in 2014.
In 2021, Katie completed a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Complementary Medicine through the University of Tasmania, and she also holds first and second degree Reiki training.
With a focus on helping people manage chronic conditions, Katie combines hands-on therapies with nutritional and herbal support, guiding her clients to make practical dietary and lifestyle changes that can lead to meaningful, lasting improvements in health.
Katie is also experienced in supporting those dealing with the effects of chronic inflammation throughout the body.
